Yes, you can track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. Simply enter the tracking number on the courier's website to view the status of your shipment. You can also track your order through your account on our App by going to the "Order History" section and selecting the relevant order.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us by email at care@hamrahigroup.com Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
