Ayurveda states that our body is made up of three elements: Kapha (phlegm), Pitta (bile), and Vata (wind). The food we consume creates these elements based on the tastes (Rasas) it contains. Everything in the world consists of six types of tastes. These tastes form Kapha, Pitta, and Vata. Proper balance leads to health, excess leads to disorders, and deficiency causes diseases. A person who understands this fundamental truth of Ayurveda can stay healthy by making appropriate food choices and can also treat others. This knowledge is the essence of Ayurveda and its treatment methods. While medicine has become a source of income globally, India has provided the world with a free medical system through Yajurveda (Ayurveda), which also protects people from being exploited. Nature has generously endowed us with abundant resources and numerous medicinal plants. We need the skill to identify them. Our goal and purpose are to selflessly disseminate this ancestral knowledge of Ayurveda to every individual.
